F/T Near Perf Fire Echutas...

I have a +3 to Sorc Skills, 11% to Lightning & 19% to Fire Echutas here.

While the Price Guide says HR+ (for 3/XX/20 or 3/20/XX) for near perf I'm asking for 2x Pul & 1x Ko. LMK if this sounds ok to you. Thnx
